You may request a refund within 14 days of completing your purchase. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

RYD Visuals follows Paddle's 14-day minimum refund policy for eligible purchases, while taking into account the digital nature of the products sold.
Digital downloads
RYD Visuals products are digital presets and guides that are delivered by download after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are not normally provided after you have started downloading, using, or otherwise accessing the product, unless required by applicable consumer law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered if you purchased the same product twice by mistake, received the wrong product, or cannot access your files because of a technical issue that cannot be resolved. Please contact us first so we can help with the issue or review the request.

To request a refund, email veronika@rydvisuals.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email, product name, and a short explanation of the issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund where the digital product has already been downloaded or accessed.
